We are a real estate and properties management company established in the emirate of Dubai – U.A.E. Our professional background and experience spreads across 5 decades (since 1971) in the real estate sector.

Our early years of business saw us start with a single building owned and independently managed by us in Dubai. We have since grown and expanded our portfolio and now operate various commercial, retail, and residential units in Dubai and other emirates in the UAE under the banner ‘Goldman Properties L.L.C’. 

With over 500 plus residential and commercial units, Goldman Properties represents a symbol of vision, trust, ambition, and confidence.

At Goldman Properties, we monitor the economic trends worldwide to determine the state of the markets and to prepare for any potential crisis. During the financial crisis of 2007 and the health pandemic of 2019 we communicated and cooperated with our customers to alleviate their financial burdens. We implemented different practices such as rescheduling of payment plans, restructuring of contract renewal and much more. These initiatives were widely appreciated by our tenants and stakeholders who found relief from the financial burden during the crisis.
